Current Status of Seagarden Villas, Lozenets, Bulgaria.

Seagarden Villas - July 2009

Seagarden Villas is currently operational, the first owners are staying in their villas.

The Villas and Apartments.

The first villas and apartments are complete, furnished, and in use by their owners. The villas in phase 2 have been completed to the shell construction stage, and are being finished.

Infrastructure

There is a new road which links Seagarden Villas and the Lalov Egrek watersports center with the main Lozenets to Tzarevo road.

The new road contains pipes for the water supply. It also contains cables for electricity, telephone and cable TV. Construction of this road was completed in April 2009. These services are now connected to Seagarden Villas.

The Resort

Seagarden Villas will officially open in June 2010, for the summer season.

Villa number 17 is currently the “common building”. The target date for completion of the new “common building” is planned for June 2010, in time for the summer season. This building will provide facilities including the restaurant, bar, shop and reception.

The swimming pool, outside areas and all the gardens will be completed at the same time.
