Rental income

The majority of tourists to Bulgaria come on charter flights, with their accommodation organised by a tour operator (e.g. TUI). Mekoa will operate a hotel company to offer accommodation via tour operators, marketing Seagarden Resort as a luxury resort. Estimates of rental income can be made by comparison with hotels in the area:

As Seagarden Resort will be at the top end of the market, the rental income should be 10-20% higher than for a good hotel, and occupancy rates should also be higher.
