Mekoa OOD is a property developer in Bulgaria.
The complex that we are building is unique for the Bulgarian Black Sea coast. It consists of villas with private gardens and roof terraces, located only 200 meters from the beach.
Sales representatives
Mekoa is looking for self-employed freelance sales representatives to help sell property.
The task is to introduce potential customers to property offered by Mekoa, and give general information.
Mekoa will then discuss the details directly with the customer.
The sales representatives are paid a commission for each apartment or villa sold.
Real-Estate agents
Mekoa is looking for real estate agents to sell property.
The estate agents perform the same tasks as the sales representatives. In addition, they advertise the property, do some of the administrative work, and offer additional services for the customer.
The estate agents are not required to have an office or partner in Bulgaria.
Mekoa can meet the customers when they arrive in Bulgaria, provide accommodation, and show the customer the property on offer. Mekoa can handle all the legal and administrative requirements for the property transaction.
Requirements
Mekoa communicates with partners in one of the following languages: English, Bulgarian, Russian, German or French.
