Position of houses on the resort
Seagarden Villas is on a gentle slope to the sea. The Villa Duo houses (buildings 8 to 17) are on higher ground than the Villa Una houses (buildings 1 to 7).

There is a new law which restricts building within 200 metres from the sea for new developments. The plots in front are currently unused and classified as "agricultural land" (May 2007). Mekoa is not aware of any plans for these plots (but can offer no guarantees), other than the water-sports complex which is nearing completion. In any case the Seagarden Villas plot is on higher ground than the neighbouring plots, guaranteeing an uninterrupted view from the roof terrace, in all directions. This can be seen in the panorama photo.
